Hiring manager asked 5 STAR questions. One on one interview. He specifically states that it has to be STAR format. questions were regarding behavior, how you organize, handle upset customers. Really important to show your personality. You deal with customers all the time, so make sure you like people.
As they didn't show up for the interview they had scheduled, no questions were asked.
