The Supervisor who interviewed for her property managers didn't ask interview questions. She just conducted work in the leasing office, took 2 phone calls (clearly non-emergencies) and had me sit at another desk across from her. She talked nearly the whole time about herself and her personal life. It lasted an hour. She said we "clicked" and she would email corporate.
