Pretty standard question answer format. No unexpected questions. No difficult questions. Much time spent on details of the position. Some probing into how one deals with difficult clients, etc. Again, pretty standard interview format.
Explain a difficult situation with a resident that you were able to mediate.
Basically they use all of the same boring old questions, nothing new here.
