He asked me if knew the difference between the roof and the ceiling. He wanted if I knew the difference between baseboards and a pony wall.

Standard questions, very few technical, mostly experience or how would you handle a poor performer. One telling question was whether I had any issues with working on weekends starting on saturday morning at 5am for no pay/bonus due to CAT activity.

The question that was the most difficult for me was "and why do you want to work in this office?" and the interviewer was very specific about the question....."why this specific office as opposed to another."
