They ask me about my background mostly, I mean criminally. Then they asked a couple of the typical interview situational question. One that stands out is the one where they asked describe a stressful situation and describe how I handled it.
Tell me a time where I had to adapt to a particular change that seemed difficult not only for yourself but for other co-workers or employees. What was the change you had to adapt to, what steps did you take to adapt, how did you help your team adapt.
I can't recall an exact question but there wasn't any "HR" type questions. (ie. no questions about your greatest strength/weakness)
