They were really standard questions about safety, time work, ensuring that I met the qualifications in the job description i.e. lifting up to 70lbs, working long periods of time, and etc

Typical job interview. How did you deal with conflict with your boss. Are you a team player type worker? How do you deal with unsatisfied customers. How do you provide excellent customer service. What irritates you the most? What do you do if you don't get along with other employees? The interviewer has a list of interview questions then he writes down whatever answers you said.
They weren't really questions, the interview sheet was basically a rubric & basically asks for relative experience & skills. My status went from Pre Screening to Offer Phase (ext) after I submitted the documents then back to Pre Screening, I'm currently waiting for my drug& background check to clear then away I go!
