Well NONE of those words match the ones on the score chart. What is on the score chart is "Empathy" but since you didn't say "Emapthy" instead you said sympathy and even though the people on the panel knew exactly what you meant. You score 0 for that question so keep talking. Even if just to spit out words you think should go with that question but lack a professional sounding sentence to use it in. It actually will help. Short and sweet answers is not the way to get passed this interview
