They asked me about my work experiences, career goals, and how I can make a positive impact to the schools. They asked me culture fit questions, especially that the school is a Filipino-Chinese Catholic school. One question that struck me the most was the research head asking me how much of a purist I am when it comes to psychological assessment ethics.

In addition to traditional interview questions, they asked me to prepare a brief presentation (15-20 minutes) that would demonstrate my knowledge in the field.
They asked me questions about what I had been up to and how I got to where I am today. They then asked me about why I wanted to work for NFER A time where I had to use initiative How would I motivate myself to work independently? They also gave me some data and asked me to describe it to them. included things like a Cronbach’s alpha, classical test theory and reading a histogram.
