What's your passion in life?
They wanted to know about my current job, why I want to move into marketing, the usual. They asked a lot about my skills and work ethic too, and why I see myself doing well for their company. It was cool that there was the opportunity to meet the whole team.

I'm just trying to figure out how we could even take you if you don't know anything in the field

Not too many questions about my background or role which was a red flag.
Don't really remember. The job that you apply for is not the job they interview you for. They will tell you you're interviewing for that position but then say oh no you won't reach that position for 6-9 months. Felt like I was lied too and didn't appreciate it.
