He didn't really ask me any substantive questions, other than salary requirements. When I mentioned mine ($50,000 and up), he promised the ability to earn $20-25,000 more than that. Most of the interview was him talking about the company and the position, which turned out to be more of a sales/sales management position. He said that everyone starts with a four-month training period before moving into the managing positions. He said he would have their HR department review my resume and speak to my references, and I would hear from them within 24 hours to learn if I was in the top 8 candidates chosen to move to the next step of the interview process.
