In the first round, I impressed the interviewers for sure and I moved on to next level (as informed by them) to meet an higher official in their main office along with 2 fellow women interviewees. But for unknown reasons, I was again asked to attend another interview for Admin role (but the invited me for PUBLIC RELATIONS SENIOR MANAGER role). The interviewer asked questions which I replied. But he rejected my answers claiming that they are not textbook answers. I admit that I have few misses here and there. But the way he asked questions seems like he doesn't want me to succeed and his (along with another person, by the way why he was there is a million dollar question - he doesn't even acknowledged my gesture "good morning") - finally I was not informed that I have selected or rejected. Above all I am already an working official for an even more established organization. So their behaviour Isn't a concern for me. But for others?
