They asked about my current and previous experiences and why i made certain decisions. About most interesting clients and campaigns and what projects excited me the most.

These included a quiz on credit card debt/APR, a viral math quiz and a "which tank will fill up first" question. They will make you share your calculations, so be sure you're ready to explain them.
