Die Funktion ist nicht nur schwierig, sondern das gesamte System ist voller Absonderlichkeiten, da der Interviewer meist gar keinen Kontakt mit der Abteilung oder dem Bereich hat, für den sich der Kandidat bewirbt. Das Ergebnis ist sehr verzerrt und meistens nutzlos, da Geschäftsführer direkt nach einem positiven "Kulturfeedback" für bestimmte Kandidaten fragen.
