The HR asked fundamental questions, mainly about yourself, and tested my knowledge regarding clinical trials, testing, etc. The manager asked about internships and a few projects. The senior manager round was particularly about the resume. He asked about recent projects and skills mentioned in the resume.

Why do you want to work for the RSC, explain one time where you had to deal with xxx.
They were all typical interview questions: tell me a situation when you worked in a group/when a problem arose?
What motivates you? What is your experience and background? What qualities can you bring to the company?
How many years have you been in current role? Previous client? What publishing tools am I familiar with?
