I thought it went pretty well but then I didn't hear back for a while so I assumed I didn't get it. Human Resources called almost a month later to inform me that I didn't get the position. They felt I was complaining about my current job and didn't really want to work there. That was truly heartbreaking to hear ask I took time of to go to the interview and wanted the position.

"How would you go about calculating how much drywall we need in a project?" "Why did you apply at this position?" "Why do you want to work here?" " Where do want to be in the next couple of years?"
