The amenities offered are private gardens, open-to-sky terraces, and a club house. The club house features a swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall, and provisions for a gym and indoor games. It is spread out over two and a half acres of land, and has entrance/exit points from both Jayanagar and Banashankari for convenience. It is a premium apartment complex.[1,2] The three questions I have been asked are: 1)What kind of system / technology would you recommend? (To deal with shadows) 2)What is the maximum size of installation? 3)What will be the financial and environmental impact?
