Unexpected - They did ask for strength and weakness, but I was ready for both.

Because I am more of a Jr. Developer, there were some questions I didn't quite understand. It was also difficult to understand some because their Sr. Developer is Indian and has a deep accent from his country. One question that I should have got that completely went over my head at first was a database question asking how to gather info from two tables keeping the same datasets (or something along those lines, i don't remember exactly how it was put). I kept saying use a join (inner/outer/left...anything!)
