Call almost seemed obligatory, as he stated up front he didn't need the full time allotted. After giving a run through of the role and bit of company history, asked if I had any questions for him. Asked a few questions about my automation experience as follow up to my inquiries. I was not asked to continue the process thru to an on-site interview. Was pretty much ghosted from there and never heard back from them. Worst case scenario in terms of how to treat candidates.
