I was asked about my earlier projects and tech skills. High level questions on test case design techniques, test scenarios. Questions on sprint planning, Agile methodology, resource estimations, test execution management and reporting and a few behavioral questions.
I was an internal candidate so they asked a lot about the company basic beliefs and related it back to the role.
What’s my leadership style? Was I used to working in a cold environment
Tell me about a time you advised against a project going live? When you advised against but they decided to go live anyway? Describe your management style? How do you know how much testing is enough? How do you know when to stop testing? Tell me about your weaknesses?
I won’t give specific questions but will note it is important to prepare ahead of time. Look at the job description and prepare answers based on how you would perform the job. Integrity and attitude is very important.

Why did you choose Germany? What are you looking for in a job? What kind of work culture do you prefer?
How much did you make in your last position
What process you follow if Vendor decide to change the facility design? or Change any thing from already established operational facility or processes?
