Mostly questions about your background and what makes you a suitable candidate for the position. Environment was laid back and comfortable, so just be yourself.
The most difficult question involved an example of how I had handled a problem employee. Not ever having had any serious problem employees reporting to me I had to dig really deep to come up with something.
