Why are you interested in working for our company?
Competency based questions were asked in line with the values of Pfizer. Two technical questions pertaining to GMP were asked. There were three online assessments after the first round. The first one asked comprised of short answers like why this job, where do you see yourself in the next few years, what do you aim to achieve in this role etc. The second assessment was psychometric where you have to choose what you'd do or prefer in a situation etc. The final one was a supervised online assessment which took me an hour and fifteen minutes to complete. It had mathematics, English - paragraphs and grammar and pattern aptitude.
