One of the tasks was to shop for a product online.
Team Lead asked me whether do you know about these viral internet trends, for example - " what is the colour of the dress? - Black and Blue "( a 5-year-old internet viral thing)...and ...." what do you hear challenge? - Yanny or Laurel " (a 2.5-year-old internet auditory viral illusion). Asked me some questions on search queries and search results, for example -what will you get if you search "Jaguar" and "Jaguars". Will you be more comfortable handling or evaluating sensitive online content? How many Google products do you know? and which are they? Do you think search results on mobile and web browser are different? What technologies have you worked with? Are you comfortable doing repetitive work? How good are you working on Excel? rate on the scale of 10.? Is there any travelling plan for the next three months? What is your notice period? What do you know about Cognizant? Why do you want to work there? What do you prefer Quality or Productivity? Interviewer showed few slides and asked to analyze and rate User Search Queries and Search Results accordingly. Behavioural Questions- Think of examples of where you have worked to targets and deadlines previously? How do you handle change at short notice and prioritising tasks? How do you keep yourself motivated in work?
