Codility assessment had three main questions. Time was not an issue, but questions were difficult for someone from a non comp-sci background.

Also, prioritize completing the easier questions first to manage your time effectively. There was a section on Barclays Values, Mindset, and Traits with over 60 text questions. It's advisable to prepare by exploring the company's values. This part also took 1.5 hours. On-Demand Assessment (November): The next stage involved a comprehensive On-Demand assessment that included statistical and numerical questions, as well as a coding test. This phase took me over 2 hours to complete.

At the first interview the question was about valuation and replication of an exotic put option. For the second interview I received a case study with bond contract and a time series of a yield curve. My job was to calculate the z-spread for the bond and present the work for the group. The code was supposed to be done in Python.
Cannot disclose specifics, but no surprises. Overall they test for mathematical maturity without any finance specific requirements, contrary to rumors.
