They asked regular questions about work experience and how you are with kids. It was pretty basic. My manager and I pretty much sat down and had a conversation. We incorporated what my job would entail but I feel like we got to know each other during the interview.

Why Moffitt and why did you choose Radiology?
For the 1st interview there were none as long as you are prepared with your information and know what to talk about.
I seemed to be asked a lot of questions about the tools that they used. I felt like I was telling them how to use their tools, because they were not well exposed to the tools. I could see why they felt the job could be stressful because of the lack of knowledge of their tools. They asked about my current salary, and informed me that that was more than Carolina Healthcare would be willing to pay, and discussed the pay range for the job, which was 20,000 less that what I am currently making.
How would your peers describe you?
Onsite interview were easy, the 1 hour and 15 minute behavioral questioning by an outside vendor was the most difficult part of all interviews.

When was a time you were recognized for your work and what was said? When was a time you didn't have the answer to a problem and what did you do to resolve the issue?
If someone was to turn up late or to the wrong location for their appointment, what would you do?
