In all three of my interviews the main questioning revolved around transferable skills to the position in question since my previous positions were also at a mortgage company. They did not go through a rundown of previous employers in any of the three interviews I had there, nor asked any of the usual annoying probing questions. It was very relaxed with very personable people, which added to the excitement at the prospect of working there.
