The only question asked was if I would accept $10/hr because that is the starting salary and he said he didn’t want to waste each other’s time.

One unexpected question I was asked was if I was willing to travel to other locations, something that was not at all in the job description. I wouldn't have applied if that had been noted - not for $19 an hour with no gas or travel time compensation.
The actual interview was very welcoming and comfortable. Like most interviews we discussed the role I applied for and their expectations.
