I was asked what I would do to make an immediate positive impact upon the hiring processes at the company. The challenge for me was that I had never worked as a recruiter in Canada before, nor did I have any idea what the current recruiting practices for the company were.
What do you like about recruiting? Which area do you like more HR or Recruiting? We talked about my resume and why I left some of the places? We also talked about what I am looking for in an organization. Good overall questions regarding my background and what will make me happy in an organization.
