he asked me about the culture of my previous company and I started to answer but then he said no I meant who worked in the dept. He also asked why i didn't have my CHRP or CHRL. I said it's something I think about but haven't made the decision yet since I'm in recruiting and not HR. I also said I have all the courses needed so I can write the exam. he said what do you mean you have all the courses. I answered, I did the HR diploma program. he didn't understand this.
