I was indirectly asked if I was a member of the Jewish faith (repeatedly). After several attempts to avoid answering the question, I had no choice but to confirm that I am not Jewish. But rather, grew up in the Catholic church. The positive energy and the interest I felt they had in me vanished. HUC is a Jewish Seminary and the posting stated that someone familiar with the Jewish faith is preferred.
Company and CEO are very protective over the company's culture, so there will be a lot of questions to make sure you fit well with your team
Why do you think you are suitable for this role?
The interview questions were just your standard recruitment questions, I found the interviewer patronising and unapproachable from the beginning however and was quite poor in leading questions on from one another, as it was a bit all over the place.
