Why have you changed job so frequent?

All questions were valid except for one leader who asked me if I had kids...a big no, no in HR but I answered. Other questions were hard but specific to my plans to lead a team.
What will you bring that other candidate will not? Since I don't have access to the other person background I focused fully on myself.
