The Sales Director didn't seem direct and was asking very broad questions. I didn't find anything too difficult per say. There were questions regarding experience with online advertising, conducting online webinars, call volume, organizational skills.

All basic questions. Basically interview with manager is the one to impress. That is the time to show that you take direction easy and are pleasant to be around and as with most jobs you listen more than you talk. If she passes you on to director most likely going to be hire. Company does cater to high end customers who expect a lot and can be direct or rude if they don't get what they want. Director will say something rude just to see how you take it as a test. if you handle it well you are told what to expect and offered the job on spot. If you lash out or be rude back he will "let you know".
