The recruiter described the opportunity in more detail than was found in the description. Based on the information, we discussed my background and agreed this would not be a suitable role for my experience. Therefore they did not have an opportunity to walk through the traditional interview process.

How do you handle disagreements with a volunteer?
What really caught me was the question about how I feel towards business to business selling. I was not expecting that question but I was happy it came up because it made me think about the job and what I could potentially go through. Making sure that this is what I wanted.
Asked me to prepare a 30-60-90 Day Action Plan for the Illinois Region. This was challenging as I had not previously been asked to complete one of these. However, I feel it has helped me to have more direction and not be overwhelmed in the first few weeks in the role.
