A lot of questions/discussions about approach with the people. The questions were mostly geared toward situational approach and not a specific skillset.
What do you enjoy about HR?
The written interview had questions related to the role (professional accomplishments, how would you level up our company, etc.) but for the most part the questions were about high-school and university, including my grades and achievements.
