They asked each candidate about their background and what they were looking for. No surprise that the group was very diverse in age and employment goals. I believe we were selected to demonstrate that anyone can become a commission only sales person.

The typical managerial questions, "What is the highest number of reports (employees) you have managed". And "Have you ever had to terminate an employee for a disciplinary reason.". Oh and don't forget to study up on Behavioral Interview Questions, "If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be?"

Questions can very based on the interview style of the person. Best advice is to know the brand you are interviewing for and why you want to work there. If you have inside knowledge of the "tribal language" it does you well. Be very energetic as they feed off of your energy
