Why this position? Describe your background? I just graduated school and they asked how I had been filling my time in my two months since graduation. That really caught me off guard because the answer for me (and most) is desperately searching for work. That's clearly not an acceptable answer so I made something up. All the other questions were better and I was able to engage.
