I am really not sure what they are looking for in this position and I am not sure they know either. Since the time of my interview I have seen this position advertised at least 3 times. Two of those times have been in the last 6 months. As a rule I tend not to apply for positions that appear to have a high turn over. It just tells me there is something wrong with the position or the company.
