The most common theme with each interview was asking about big mistakes and areas of growth that I felt I needed. While I have not heard back yet (hence I put No above), I was incredibly impressed with the diligence of the process. Regardless of the outcome, or decision, I would encourage people if they have a chance to apply and go through the process to challenge yourself.
