How would you go about ensuring a safe and tidy work environment?
I do not remember all my questions but one was if you have emails to respond to and case notes to write but you also have a voicemail from customer indicating they are suicidal what would be your priority. They do change questions though so I'm not sure exactly what they are using right now.
