The personal interview focused on sales skills. I thought I did well on all the questions, except for one: "Describe your process for setting appointments."
They will make you role play to show them your style of selling & also have you show them how you would make cold calls.
The interviewer asked me to play out a cold call with a potential customer.
they ask the typical bank questions and they also ask about your background.
Why are you interested in this position.
The Assessment was asking about your old manager's opinion and not as neutral as is should have been which made me not like the position as much as before taking it.
they ask about my experience in the banking field and my education.
