From the phone interview: Pretty straightforward--simple screening. Are you just applying for this job because it's a job or could you see yourself doing this kind of work? Also asked about salary. From the on site interview: Quite difficult. Very long and full of technical "scenario" questions. Brought in 3 products and asked how I would fix them or what tests I would run on them to prove they are reliable.
