Round 2: It was scheduled after the very next day. 36 (SRE+QA) students were there to give an online google meet interview from my campus. My turn was at the very last. Interviewee introduced himself in a very nice and polite manner. They asked me basic questions such as: 1.)Tell me something about yourself. 2.)Explain OOPS concept. 3.)What is cloud computing? 4.)What is AWS? 5.)Project related questions. 6.)How mongoDB is different? 7.)Puzzle. Then he wrapped up the meeting. Round 3: The hr round was just basic work related questions. 1.)Why Crest? 2.)Would leave the company if you get a better package? 3.)If your manager does not appreciate your work even if you put your best efforts the what will you do? 4.)Will you work in night shift? 5.)Are you comfortable with working in morning /afternoon shift? I got through till HR round and then also they did'nt select all the shortlisted candidates.i.e after technical out of 36 students only 6 were shortlisted including me . The 6 shortlisted students then proceeded to give HR interview . And from those 6 they only selected 2 from QA and none from SRE. NOTE: If you are selecting this company please be wise in investing your time and efforts .
