One self recorded interview. Passed that and went to final round. Main question I was asked was how I can bring diversity. Also asked about how I can bring what I learned from my previous experiences to this opportunity. Also asked what is something I would have done differently at one of my internships.

Lastly, I did not get an offer which is 100% okay with me after doing the interview and the person saying they needed a lot of people. But another turn off is that when they sent what was titled and application update. They some general reasons that COULD have been a deciding factor such as work availability, experience, etc. And then it was signed with two person's first names . No last names. It's not a holiday card and I thought it was quite childish for a company that size. But each to their own.
