Questions were a bit difficult and consisted of behavioral, aptitude, personal, and job experiences. All my answers were being written down by all 3 people. The interview was more of a test than an actual interview. Some questions asked I felt was an attempt for me to release proprietary information of my current company. Overall I felt uncomfortable during the interview. I think the HR department lacks the proper training. I was qualified for the position but the hiring managers are strict.

Describe a situation you were in where you could not deliver what you were asked and how did you handle it?

Most were general interview questions (describe your strengths and weaknesses, tell us about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc etc). However, one specifically I can remember was "What makes you want to work somewhere with back to back phone calls, and how do you react to a fast passed environment?"
