Questions were mostly about availability and drive to fix as many devices as possible.
What work experience do you have
How do you feel about working on a team or independently.
They asked about your driving record, background summary, and how you would handle a difficult situation. I was asked about how I would resolve a conflict with a coworker and what type of person I like to work with and travel. Lastly, I was asked about technical experience: being able to do basic mechanical repairs and use of tools. Previous surgical repair experience wasn't mandatory.

What do you expect from our company?
Can't remember, but other than the technical quiz, the customer service test apparently was looking for boilerplate answers, I got too creative with my answers, and almost didn't get the job.
