The topic I was given was, broadly, explaining the credit card application process, applicable laws, and how to determine which type of card a consumer should pursue. Questions were highly specific matters about credit card decisions, ranging from 'what rights does the Fair Credit Reporting Act give consumers" to mathematical questions about picking the best card given specific payment constraints and interest rates.

The phone interview was about standard interview questions, technical skills, and salary requirement. The assignment was a presentation on a data analysis.
