The questions were very general, such as “Tell me about a project you worked on.” There was no context provided, no discussion of specific technologies, and no effort to connect the questions to the role or domain. Additionally, they mentioned they couldn’t share any details about their own project due to an NDA, which I was never asked to sign. This made it difficult to have a meaningful or relevant technical conversation.
