My work experience in molecular cloning, and animal experiment
The questions I was mainly asked pertained to my experience with protein expression and purification (expression systems used, types of proteins I purified, purification methods etc.). I was also asked several questions about what my research was on in graduate school and why I was interested in the company's work.
