PI: Oh, so that's interesting. What are some other funders we could pursue for this sort of grant proposal? HR: Tell me about a time you overcame a conflict with a co-worker.
There were no difficult questions. All questions pertained to my background and familiarity with particular scientific techniques. There were no surprises; the questions were straight-forward.
