Tell me about a stock you like. Whats your outlook for the company. How did you value it. Etc. All stuff you should be able to answer if you're interested in an equity associate position. I don't think they cared much about my choice of a stock, just wanted to know my thought process. They also asked lifestyle questions like what I did for fun etc. Cultural match seemed important as there can be some long hours during earnings seasons. Also asked if I was signed up for CFA.
I don't remember much. I know there were questions about team work, but also self-direction and organization. Much of the work done on site was independent, yet reporting back to the project managers weekly, maintaining inventory and making orders when needed.
