The first technical round is a skills assessment round. You are given a very difficult word problem (about a paragraph) and you are to write code an algorithm that compiles. These are like google type questions. I think they think they are Google or Microsoft and forgetting that they are just a startup. If I was such a rock star coder I would be applying for Google, not here. lol
